Mathieu has spent over 15 years in SME lending and asset-backed financing, having previously held senior roles at a major French credit institution. He founded AVANSEO with the conviction that small businesses deserve the same quality of financing access as large corporates — faster, and with less friction.
Head of Credit & Risk
Camille oversees the credit analysis framework at AVANSEO, combining quantitative modelling with hands-on file review. She ensures that every proposal is both commercially sound and genuinely appropriate for the borrower's situation — no rubber-stamping, no one-size-fits-all decisions.
Senior Financing Advisor
Théo works directly with business owners from the first contact through to fund release, acting as the single point of contact throughout the process. He specialises in equipment and growth financing for trade businesses, and has personally managed over 400 files since joining AVANSEO.
Partnerships & European Programmes Manager
Inès manages AVANSEO's relationship with the European Investment Fund and coordinates the InvestEU guarantee programme for eligible borrowers. She previously worked in project finance at a pan-European development institution and brings that experience directly to benefit AVANSEO's clients.
Technology & Data Lead
Lucas leads the development of AVANSEO's AI-assisted pre-analysis tools, which help advisors review applications faster without replacing human judgment. His background spans fintech product development and credit data science, with a focus on making intelligent tools that serve real operational needs.
